My background in pharmacy has given me a strong foundation in health and dermatology, while my passion for Korean skincare adds a unique dimension to my approach to self-care.

Through Flow & Glow, I aim to bring yoga and Korean skincare together in an inclusive environment where movement, breathing combined with skincare support overall wellbeing.
